About the Role
As a Production Worker in the Sliced Meats/Cold Cuts Department, you are responsible for slicing, packaging, and labeling various cold cut products within the production department. You work accurately and in accordance with applicable hygiene, quality, and food safety guidelines to ensure product quality.
Key Tasks
- Slicing cold cut products according to specified standards
- Vacuum-sealing / airtight packaging of cold cut products
- Applying labels and expiration dates to packages
- Checking product quality and packaging integrity
- Cleaning machines, materials, and workstations
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Responsibilities
- Performing tasks carefully, safely, and hygienically
- Working according to HACCP and food safety guidelines
- Operating slicing and packaging machines correctly
- Monitoring product quality and shelf life
- Identifying irregularities and reporting them to the supervisor
- Contributing to an efficient production process
