About the Role

As a Production Worker in the Saltery Department, you will be responsible for processing, brining, and packaging meat products within the production department. You will work in compliance with applicable hygiene, quality, and food safety guidelines, contributing to an efficient production process.

Key Tasks

  • Sawing and processing meat products
  • Brining and boosting meat
  • Packaging salted meat and pork tails
  • Cleaning containers, materials, and workstations
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Responsibilities

  • Working in accordance with hygiene, quality, and food safety standards (HACCP)
  • Ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and safely
  • Handling machines, materials, and products correctly
  • Identifying irregularities and reporting them to the supervisor in a timely manner
