About the Role
As a Production Worker in the Cutting Department, you are responsible for further processing and portioning meat products within the production department. You work in accordance with applicable hygiene, quality, and food safety guidelines, contributing to an efficient production process.
Key Tasks
- Cutting, portioning, and processing meat products
- Preparing meat for further production and packaging
- Checking quality and product dimensions
- Packaging and labeling products
- Cleaning machines, materials, and workstations
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Responsibilities
- Carrying out tasks accurately and hygienically
- Working according to HACCP and food safety guidelines
- Handling machines, tools, and products correctly
- Monitoring product quality and workplace cleanliness
- Identifying irregularities and reporting them to the supervisor
