In this role, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and leading the sales team to achieve targets.
You will develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key clients.
Additionally, you will monitor performance, optimize results, and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure continued success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (commercial or related field preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales or commercial role
- Proven experience managing and leading a team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with analytical abilities
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in Dutch and English
