Sales Manager

Job Description 

In this role, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and leading the sales team to achieve targets.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key clients.

Additionally, you will monitor performance, optimize results, and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure continued success.  

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (commercial or related field preferred)
    • 3–5 years of experience in a sales or commercial role
    • Proven experience managing and leading a team
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Results-driven with analytical abilities
    • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
    • Fluent in Dutch and English

As Sales Manager, you will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets, develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with key clients. You will also monitor performance, optimize results, and collaborate with other departments to support overall business growth.
