Production Worker (Slicing Department)

Job Description
We are looking for a Production Worker to join our slicing department. You will be responsible for slicing and packing ready-to-eat meat products and operating machinery while strictly following ISO 22000 food safety management standards.
Key Tasks
- Operate slicing machines to slice ready-to-eat meat products to specified thickness and weight
- Pack sliced meat products into trays, pouches, vacuum bags, or containers with correct labels
- Sort and inspect sliced products for quality, size, and appearance
- Register (record) batch numbers, weights, and production data in ERP programme
- Clean slicing machines, blades, conveyors, workstations, and tools after each shift
- Follow all ISO 22000 procedures for hygiene, temperature control, metal detection, and contamination prevention
Requirements:
Education
MULO-diploma (junior high school / secondary education)
Experience
Not required – training provided
Physical
Able to stand for full shift
Safety
Willing to wear PPE (gloves, apron, boots, hair net, face mask)
Work Environment
- Cold temperature (approx. 4–10°C)
- Fast-paced production line
