Production Worker (Slaughterhouse)

Job Description

We are looking for a Production Worker to join our pig slaughterhouse team. You will be responsible for slaughtering, bleeding, scalding, dehairing, eviscerating, splitting, and cleaning while strictly following ISO 22000 food safety management standards.  

Key Tasks

  • Perform slaughtering tasks (stunning, bleeding, scalding, dehairing)
  • Remove internal organs (eviscerating)
  • Split carcasses into halves
  • Clean workstations, tools, and machines after each shift
  • Follow all ISO 22000 procedures for hygiene and contamination prevention

Requirements:

Education

MULO-diploma (junior high school / secondary education)

Experience

Not required – training provided

Physical

Able to stand for full shift and lift up to 25 kg

Safety

Willing to wear PPE (gloves, boots, apron, hair net )

Work Environment

  • Hot temperature (approx. 20-30 °C); warm area near scalding
  • Wet, slippery floors
  • Fast-paced production line
  • Must be comfortable working in an environment with blood and strong animal odors
