Production Worker (Sausage Factory)

Job Description

We are looking for a Production Worker to join our sausage production team. You will be responsible for operating machines, packing sausages and other meat products, sorting products, preparing ingredients, and preparing products for smoking/cooking while strictly following ISO 22000 food safety management standards.

Key Tasks

  • Operate sausage filling, mixing and cooking machines
  • Pack sausages and other meat products into trays, bags, or boxes with correct labels
  • Sort sausages and meat products by size, type, or quality
  • Prepare ingredients (e.g., cutting of vegetables, filling of trays, etc.)
  • Prepare products for smoking/cooking – place sausages onto racks, smoking sticks, or trolleys
  • Clean workstations, machines, racks, and tools after each shift
  • Follow all ISO 22000 procedures for hygiene, temperature control, and contamination prevention

Requirements:

Education

MULO-diploma (junior high school / secondary education)

Experience

Not required – training provided

Physical

Able to stand for full shift and lift up to 25 kg

Safety

Willing to wear PPE (gloves, boots, apron, hair net)

Work Environment

  • Cold temperature (approx. 4–10°C) for raw production; warm areas near cooking/smoking
  • Fast-paced production line
  • Must be comfortable working in an environment with strong meat/smoke odors
